Expectations of Role-Play with #CTC

1. Start Time
   Role-play begins promptly. Be on time and ready to participate.
   
   

2. Feedback
   All feedback is based on the perspective of the person giving it. Feedback is not to be challenged. Use it as a learning tool.
   
   

3. Questions
   You may ask questions after role-play. Please take notes during the session.
   
   

4. Seller Role
   
   

   • Use realistic objections only.
     
     

   • Pull objections from your actual calls.
     
     

   • Limit to two objections maximum—no exceptions.
     
     

5. Opportunities to Practice
   Our goal is to give everyone more than one chance to role-play. As the group grows, we will assign room captains and split into smaller groups to ensure full participation.
   
   

6. Growth & Adaptability
   Expectations may evolve as the group grows, but these are the current guidelines.
